Van Werven achieves its own process innovations with BizzStream

Van Werven is ambitious about efficiency and growth – and would like to see that growth happen with the same workforce they have now. That means that Van Werven will need to automate some business processes. The solution to this challenge is BizzStream. This platform makes it possible for Van Werven to digitalise and automate lots of processes that currently take place on paper, things like work slips, timekeeping and damage claim forms. The colleagues working out in the field, like the crane operators, are connected to the platform via the BizzStream app on their smartphone.

Van Werven takes the wheel
The business processes in BizzStream are built by Van Werven itself. First they map out the workflow with the employees involved, and then Van Werven models the fields and layout that are needed to support that workflow. “The major advantage of this platform is that we can make something ourselves that’s what we need, rather than having the software providers make something that was designed for multiple customers,” says Johan de Zwaan, sysadmin at Van Werven. “This gives us the assurance that the process is aligned with what we actually need.” And BizzStream is also integrated with their existing software, so the data is also stored properly in the ERP system.
